Nice to have Music Clout drop by. I almost thought someone had found a way to create spam posts with key words from the target site. Then I looked at your web site, and yes, it has something to do with music.

If I understand your question.....Those are not parentheses. They are circles. They indicate a longer time value for the note indicated.

So, what is the difference between (1) or (0) and 1 or 0? I mean, what's the difference between parenthesis and no parenthesis.

Nice selection of tunes! Margaret's Waltz is by Pat Shaw, an English singer, dancer, musician, composer, dance writer, ethnomusicologist. He wrote many, many tunes. He died in 1977.

Good luck with Sibelius!

Thank you for the update on this concept. When we are playing songs we want them to be more song like than dance like.

Thank you for mentioning my name in conjunction with Amazing Grace. I'm not sure, however, that I was understood correctly in the matter of "bow slurring"..
In Amazing Grace, ONLY WORDS with slurs should be slurred with the bow.............In the beginning word Amazing..........three separate syllables, the last, "zing" would be a bow slur.....as it is with vocal. The next slur would occur in the line a wretch like me........., "a" is two note played with a slur. Thanks so much. Dale
